7-Days Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why we offer a 7-days return window for eligible products, subject to the following conditions:
- Only factory-sealed, unopened items are eligible for return. This means the product must be in its original packaging, with shrink wrap and labels fully intact.
- You must request the return within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- All original packaging materials and documentation must be included with the return.
- Products that have been opened cannot be returned under this policy — unless our team provided incorrect suitability guidance.
- Refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours after we receive and verify the returned item. Refunds may be issued as store credit or to your original payment method (excluding any delivery fees).
- For your protection, we recommend recording a video of the product and its packaging before sending it back. This can be shared with us via WhatsApp or email for smooth processing.
Wrongly Described Products
- If the product doesn’t match our website description
- Must be reported within 7 working days of delivery
- Product must be unopened and in original condition
- Full refund including shipping costs will be provided
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Contact our support team immediately if:
- Product arrives damaged
- Product is non-functional
- Incorrect item was delivered
- Heavy/large items (e.g., gaming chairs, desks, wide monitors) must be returned in original packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund after inspection
Important to Note
- Unboxing Video Required: We strongly recommend recording your package opening to verify condition upon delivery
- No Change of Mind for Opened Items: Once packaging is opened, change of mind returns are not accepted
Warranty Terms

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, return, or warranty claim, you must:
Report the Issue & Return the Product
- Notify us of the fault and return the item (in-store, via courier, or by post).
- Share your preferred solution (refund, replacement, or repair). Note: The final resolution will be handled by the manufacturer, who may offer a replacement with an equivalent product if the original is unavailable, or provide a refund.
Provide Proof of Purchase
A valid invoice or order confirmation is required.
Stop Using & Safeguard the Product
- Discontinue use to prevent further damage.
- Keep the product intact and in good condition for inspection—do not dispose of it.
Confirm the Issue is Covered
The fault must not be caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or abnormal usage (per the manufacturer’s warranty).
Important to Note
- Manufacturer policies apply, and they may reject claims that don’t meet their terms.
- For smoother processing, we recommend recording a video of the product before sending it to us (via WhatsApp or email).
- Replaced items inherit the original warranty’s remaining period (e.g., 5 months left on a 10-month warranty).
When Claims May Be Rejected
We’d love to say “yes” to every request, but claims may be declined if:
- You changed your mind (e.g., found a cheaper option, unwanted gift, or no longer need the item).
- The fault resulted from improper use, unauthorized alterations, external factors, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
Processing Time
Warranty claims typically take 20–30 working days (subject to the manufacturer’s assessment).
