How do I pay via Bank Transfer (IBFT)?
Select "Direct Bank Transfer" at checkout. Our bank details will be displayed immediately after you click "Place order". Once paid, please WhatsApp your Order ID and payment transfer receipt to 03170263996 to move your order from on-hold to confirmed.
We also accept wallet payments such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay upon customer request. Please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange wallet payment options.
When will I receive my order?
Within Karachi: Same-day delivery (applicable for orders placed before 4PM) for selected areas; 2 to 4 working days for others.
Outside Karachi (Small/Medium): 2 to 7 working days for COD; 2 to 4 working days for online payments.
Outside Karachi (Heavy/Large): 2 to 10 working days for COD; 2 to 6 working days for online payments.

Which courier service do you use?
Deliveries within Karachi are handled by our dedicated riders or via our partner, Leopards Courier depending on the area. All orders outside Karachi are shipped via courier.
How can I track my order?
Tracking IDs are automatically emailed once dispatched and manually shared via WhatsApp. You can track your parcel at techarc.pk/track/ or leopardscourier.com. Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for the status to update.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders are typically cancelled for the following reasons:
- Verification: We could not verify your COD order via our automated confirmation call.
- Availability: The item is currently out of stock or the listed price is void.
- Requirements: Specific requests in your order notes could not be fulfilled.
