At TechArc.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policies below:

7-Day Change of Mind Returns

• Eligible for factory-sealed, unopened products only (original packaging, shrink wrap, and labels intact)
• Must be requested within 7 working days of delivery
• Returns must include all original packaging materials and documentation
• Opened products cannot be returned for change of mind (except in cases where our team provided incorrect suitability information)
• Refund will be issued as store credit or original payment method (excluding delivery fees) after 24-42 hours
• We recommend recording a video of the product before sending it to us (via WhatsApp or email)

Wrongly Described Products

• If the product doesn’t match our website description
• Must be reported within 7 working days of delivery
• Product must be unopened and in original condition
• Full refund including shipping costs will be provided

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

• Contact our support team immediately if:
  • Product arrives damaged
  • Product is non-functional
  • Incorrect item was delivered
• Large/heavy items (e.g., gaming chairs) must be returned in original packaging
• We’ll arrange replacement or refund after inspection

⚠ Important Notes:

• Unboxing Video Required: We strongly recommend recording your package opening to verify condition upon delivery
• No Change of Mind for Opened Items: Once packaging is opened, change of mind returns are not accepted

Shipping Policy

Delivery Services

• Nationwide (except Karachi): Leopards Courier Services
• Karachi: Third-party local delivery service (Some areas in Karachi are delivered via Leopards Courier Services)

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery: 2-5 working days (small items), 2-7 working days (large/heavy items)
• Faster delivery: For direct bank transfer or debit/credit card payments
• Processing time: 1-2 working days after order confirmation (standard), same-day processing for direct bank transfer or debit/credit card payments
• Karachi customers: Orders delivered via third-party local delivery service are processed for same-working-day delivery (when placed before cut-off time)

• Delivery times may vary during holidays or sale periods
• Contact us immediately if you experience any delivery issues
