✅ Provide Proof of Purchase
A valid invoice or order confirmation is required.
✅ Stop Using & Safeguard the Product
Discontinue use to prevent further damage.
Keep the product intact and in good condition for inspection—do not dispose of it.
✅ Confirm the Issue is Covered
The fault must not be caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or abnormal usage (per the manufacturer’s warranty).

Manufacturer policies apply, and they may reject claims that don’t meet their terms.
For smoother processing, we recommend recording a video of the product before sending it to us (via WhatsApp or email).
Replaced items inherit the original warranty’s remaining period (e.g., 5 months left on a 10-month warranty).

We’d love to say “yes” to every request, but claims may be declined if:
