Nothing to take away from the seller, very cooperative. But as a product, this has some flaws and is a waste of money. One of the biggest flaw is the whine that you'll notice at different ranges of lower rpms, this is easily noticeable if you are using your computer in quiet environment. If you must use this, best is to set fans to constant speed in BIOS, I set mine to 40% pwm range where rpms are around 1250. Some stock of fans come with black middle plates, some is without them as shown in the picture, no consistency.
