• AK620 DIGITAL features six 6mm all-black heatpipes with raised copper cold plate to maximize cooling performance, and an overall 260w TDP for powerful gaming performance even with overclocked CPU. The AK620 DIGITAL comes with thermal grease inside the package, so please use it after removing the protective film from the cold plate.
• The AK620 DIGITAL CPU air-cooled heatsink is covered with a digital screen that displays the real-time temperature and utilization of the system’s CPU, with the numbers flashing as a warning when the CPU temperature exceeds 90°C (194°F). The display requires an open USB 2.0 port for data synchronization and can be controlled via a simple application that can be downloaded from the official website.
• The AK620 DIGITAL CPU air-cooled cooler is 138mm wide and will not block most memory, and the fan can be adjusted to the proper height if the memory slots are too high; the 162mm vertical height is compatible with most ATX/ M-ATX chassis, and it is highly recommended that you check the CPU cooler height limitations of your chassis before purchasing.
