What is your Returns policy?

At Techarc.pk, we emphasise convenience. That’s why we offer a 7 Days Change of Mind Returns Policy.

Should a product not match the description on the website, you have 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the product/s, to cancel an order by returning the product/s, undamaged, unopened in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to TechArc

If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the instructions below within 7 days to organise the return of your product and receive either store credit or refund of the purchase price of your product (excluding initial delivery & handling fees).

Change of Mind Returns

We will only accept products for a change of mind return that are still FACTORY SEALED. Any product that has already been opened (including removing shrinkwrap or labels being broken) can not be returned under any circumstance as a Change of Mind. This can include items where you have purchased an item and found it did not fit/suit your requirements. This may not apply in the event you were explicitly told or led to believe a product would be suitable by a Tech Arc Team Member or our website.

Wrongly Described

Dead on Arrival

If you receive any product that is dead on delivery, damaged during the delivery or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Service team who will discuss your particular concerns and work with you to resolve the issue. This may mean the product needs to be returned with suitable packaging (preferably with its original packaging) to prevent damage in delivering the product back to us. For items that are large and bulky (for example, gaming chairs)

Shipping Policy.

  • Our logistics Are Handled By Leopard courier service (Outside Karachi)
  • For Karachi We use Third Partly Delivery Service.
  • Our Standard Shipping Time is 2-4 Working Days.

Warranty Policy.

How can I be eligible for Refund, Return, Warranty Claim & or Consumer Guarantee Claim?
To be eligible for a refund, return, warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim consumers must meet the following requirements:
• Report the details of the fault and take the goods back to TechArc(or return them by post or courier);
• State what remedy you would like. Techarc.pk does not guarantee that the remedy you request will be granted;
• Provide proof of purchase when returning the goods;
• Stop using the faulty item;
• Ensure reasonable care is taken while the goods are in your possession.
• Be sure that you did not cause the fault ie. fault was not caused by the product being used in an abnormal or non-recommended way. Such a use may be noted in the manufacturer’s warranty as rendering the manufacturer’s warranty void;
• The product must not be disposed of, lost or destroyed. In other words, we need to be able to prove that the product has failed; and
• Techarc.pk recommends that you carefully review the details of the manufacturer’s warranty (if such a warranty applies) and ensure that you comply with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.

The coverage period of the warranty claimed item will be same as the previous item(For e.g) A product with 10 months warranty is replaced after 5 months, the new product/replacement will be in 5 months warranty coverage.

Rejection of a return, a refund, warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim
TechArc reserves the right to reject a return, a refund, warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim if consumers:
• Change their mind about a product. This includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable (where the consumer has not made any specific intended use of the product known to Techarc.pk), or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods.
• Caused the fault by using the product in an abnormal way. Such a use may be noted in the manufacturer’s warranty as rendering it void, or it may be a use that you wouldn’t reasonably expect the product to perform
• Damage the product by making alterations not performed by us.
• Damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control.

Warranty Claim usually takes 15-20 Working Days Depending Upon the manufacturer.
